Can’t I just do it myself?
Sure, but there’s a lot to be considered, including federally-controlled airspace, tall structures, weather patterns, and liabilities, not to mention the learning curve of purchasing and flying a drone. Flight Visuals brings you FAA-certified drone pilots with plenty of flight time. Additionally, we have passed the North Carolina knowledge test and are authorized to fly in that state by the NC Department of Transportation. Tennessee and Georgia do not have state requirements.
The same is true of your cousin who got a drone for Christmas. Flying commercially isn’t the same as flying for fun. You want someone handling the work who knows the rules and regulations so that you’re not liable for any problems. We’ve got you covered, certified by the FAA under 14 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 107.
What does that mean?
That means that we’ve studied air charts, meteorological considerations, and FAA regulations and have passed the FAA’s stringent knowledge test to certify pilots of small unmanned aviation systems. We’ll make sure we have all the permissions needed for safe and legal flying.
What about insurance?
Flight Visuals is fully insured for property damage and medical costs occurring from any accidents on our part.
OK. How fast are you?
We’ll respond to your query within 24 hours (not including weekends) and schedule a consultation and/or site visit as soon as we both can fit it into our schedule. After that, it depends on what you need. Most basic jobs can be completed within two weeks, as long as the weather cooperates. Our estimates will include time to completion, from our first site review through the actual recording and post-production work.
It’s gonna cost an arm and a leg though, right?
Nah. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the cost and quality of our work. We have several basic packages for most work, and we can give you a quote for custom jobs. It’s all about your needs and how our exacting standards fit them. Check out our real estate prices here.
